2006 - Erik Callender graduates from Stony Brook University. and starts Erik’s Reptile Edventures launches and soon grows to 400 shows for up to 30,000 children per year. World travel begins! We visit Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Malaysia.
2011 - We launch first Skype session with Madagascar LIVE, a humanitarian mission to purchase school supplies for children.
2012 - Establish non-profit 501c3, "Wildlife Kids Club International."
2014 - TedX Stony Brook Talk: Follow Your Dreams
2015 - Seven country mission over three months to connect children to nature through the distribution of 650 copies of Erik’s first book Published book , Madagascar Live: Volume 1. Chris Ware wins "NY Emmy award" in Environment and Cinematography categories for documentary about Erik entitled, “Follow Your Dreams.”
2016 - "Wildlife Kids Club International" builds Nature Center in Ranomafana, Madagascar.
April 2017 - PBS Documentary to inspire children and share animals , “Doing the Reptile Rumba,” airs in 39 states.
April 2018 - Launch of The first "Nature Now Magazine" was created.
May 2019 - The first issue of "Nature Now Magazine" was distributed to Green Chimneys and South Fork Natural History Museum as well as many schools in the New York Tri-state area.
June 2020 - Kickstarter campaign to create a second issue of Nature Now, which soon transformed into "Nature Now 360".
December 2020 - Distribution of "Nature Now 360" begins
May 2021- First Live stream from the Catskill Mountains- with expert Mark Lotterhand- Endangered Species Rattlesnakes
June 2021 Distribution of Nature Now 360 to more 2000 issues of Nature Now 360 magazine Abc7 and Newsday features
December 2021 New Madagascar Publication Nature Now 360 Volume 4
January 2022- Kick off Quest for Kids 3 Live in Madagascar
February - March 2022- LIVE from Madagascar Filming First PBS Kids Series
February 2023 - Present Filming Season 2 of PBS program "Menghayati"
